Our cleaning staff follow step-by-step cleaning procedures for each type of room with the exact same cleaning cart and products to ensure cleaning always meets our strict hotel standards and is performed in that small window between bookings. Owners Kendra and Wayne personally perform quality assurance checks so you know you can count on the same spotless clean every time.
Unit Presentation & Setup
Before a unit begins short-term rentals, we can assist with the final setup after a deep clean. With an eye for detail, we help ensure furniture placement, décor, and layout are optimized for both guest comfort and visual appeal. Small adjustments can make a big difference in how a space feels and photographs for listings.

Since we already provide service to more than 75 units, we’re able to create efficiencies and savings we can pass on to you without compromising quality.
Flat Fees
Your cleaning costs are always the same. With our basic flat rate fees, it’s easy for you to create a budget and calculate profits.
Guest Check-in & Check-out Service
Greet your guests upon arrival and give them the key fobs to your unit and inform them of the resort rules and amenities and have them sign off. Upon departure the room is checked to ensure guests have left all key fobs and survey the room for damage.
Hands-free Property Care
With an office on site and cleaning staff throughout the building, it’s easy for us to liaise with guests and maintenance workers to keep your bookings moving along if something goes wrong.
